Letter: ‘The Blame Game’ goes on
Barack Obama was "s"elected to be president in 2008 amid "The worst economic times since the Great Depression!" America believed this lie and, with the help of a complicit Congress, got his first and only budget, $1.6 trillion—$1,600,000,000,000—overdrawn. The socialist Democrats in the Senate have refused to consider a budget in the years since, instead opting to fund the government with a "continuing resolution." This simply means we operate using the last budget, which, remember was overdrawn $1,600,000,000,000.
When this messiah took office (now there is an appropriate couple of words), the national debt was slightly over $10 trillion. By the time this goes to press, our debt will be over $17 trillion. The House has submitted bills, the Senate refuses to even vote on them most of the time and this chess game, called "The Blame Game," goes on. The socialist Democrats have seen fit to target Tea Party patriots for all our ills. Does anyone have to be reminded that the Tea Party recently came on scene in 2010 as a result of all this bipartisan treason! When you hear any politician of either party resort to character assignations of Tea Party candidates, remember this: The Tea Party is the only party who truly represents the poor and middle class. As our popularity grows, so grows the fears of the entrenched "Progressives" in socialist party "A" and "B".
