Editor, Gazette-Journal:
Health care reform does not cut Medicare’s traditional, guaranteed benefits. It does reduce the extra dollars paid to private insurance companies offering Medicare Advantage.
The overwhelming majority of seniors in the United States will have lower out-of-pocket costs and better coverage as a result of the enactment of health care reform.
