On behalf of the vendors of the Mathews Farmers’ Market, we would like to take this opportunity to thank the many people who helped to make our "Farm to Feast" film event on Aug. 6 in celebration of Farmers’ Market Week so successful.

Thank you to the Mathews Film Society for providing a wonderful venue and much support, we couldn’t have done this without you. Beautiful displays of local food were provided by Chef Todd’s, Richardson’s Café, Southwind Pizza, The Inn at Tabbs Creek and The White Dog Inn. The delicious treats were enjoyed by all and we are grateful to these local businesses for their support.

Thank you to Inside Out Body Shop and Real Goods for their healthy and "local" displays. We would also like to thank Mathews Main Street Committee for sponsoring the market and for their support. Our deepest appreciation goes out to our many customers and guests for making this a most enjoyable evening. Your support is truly appreciated. Thank you to all.
