I want to take a moment and commend the Gloucester Main Street Association on a job well done. Many citizens and I thoroughly enjoyed the Blues N Brews festival. The music, food and beverages were perfect! Events like this are needed in Gloucester. What I saw that day was a community coming together and enjoying the resources we have in Gloucester. I watched as many residents and participants had a very enjoyable time. The Blues N Brews festival also brought a smile to the restaurant and shop owners’ faces as the added traffic helped to boost our local economy. There was so much preparation and hard work that went into putting this all together. It was a very successful and worthwhile event. Again, I cannot tell you what an enjoyable and well attended event this was. I am certainly looking forward to the Blues N Brews festival again next year.
