John William McMenemy, age 66, of Gloucester, died April 21, 2011 at Mary Immaculate Hospital.
Jack was born in New York, and retired from Tuscan Dairy. He was known best for his wisdom and his great sense of humor. Jack was generous and a fun-loving person to know. His favorite pastime was fishing. He will be greatly missed by his family.
He is survived by wife of 46 years, Theresa M. McMenemy; daughter, Kim Parcelluzzi and husband Joseph; son, Sean McMenemy and wife Philipa; four grandchildren, Justine and Jaclyn Parcelluzzi, Erin Tina and Katie Shea McMenemy, and sister, Kathleen Mitchell.
A Funeral Mass, conducted by the Rev. Michael Joly, will be held at 9 a.m. Friday, April 29, 2011, at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, Yorktown. Inurnment will be private. The family will receive friends Thursday from 7-8:30 p.m. at Hogg Funeral Home, Gloucester Point.
