Tim Dent, 55, of Norfolk, formerly of Mathews County, died Saturday, Jan. 12, 2013.
Survivors include his wife, Terry, and her daughter; his mother, Jene Dent of Mathews, and a brother.
He was preceded in death by his father, Bob Dent, and two brothers.
A family memorial service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters, 601 Children’s Lane, Norfolk, Va. 23507 and Make-A-Wish Foundation, 5041 Corporate Woods Drive, Suite 1, Virginia Beach, Va. 23509.
