Robert C. Conway, age 62, of Wicomico, died unexpectedly at his home.
Robert was a commercial waterman for a number of years and was associated with his father’s seafood business, C. C. Conway Seafoods.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, William and Alene Diggs; paternal grandparents, Christopher and Florida Mae Conway; sister, Virginia Mae Fields, and brother, Richard Conway.
He is survived by his parents, Christopher C. III and Virginia Diggs Conway; brother-in-law, Howard Fields; sister-in-law, Linda Conway; nephews, Eli Fields and wife Holley, Christopher Conway, and Craig Conway and wife Melissa; great-nephew, Evan Richard Conway, and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.
Graveside funeral service, conducted by the Rev. W. Donald Ambrose, will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 28, 2013, at Providence Baptist Church Cemetery. Friends are asked to assemble at the cemetery.
