Patricia Lee Wilkinson Respess, 84, of Norfolk, Va., passed away on Feb. 16, 2013.

The daughter of the late Clarence Lee and Dorothy M. Wilkinson, Mrs. Respess was born in Norfolk, and attended Granby High School, going on to graduate from Stratford College in Danville, Va.

Mrs. Respess was preceded in death by her husband, John R. Respess III, and daughter, Susan Blair Respess.

Survivors include a son, John R. Respess IV of Portsmouth, and his wife Elizabeth; granddaughters, Kelly Kercheval and her husband Paul, and Sarah Respess; great-granddaughter, Denver; brother, Lee Wilkinson of Richmond, and his wife Linda; nephew, Christopher Wilkinson and his wife Cindy, and their children, Jordan, Taylor, and Reid.

A private memorial service will be held at the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Norfolk SPCA.

Arrangements are through the H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Norfolk Chapel.
