Nicholas John Masters Jr., 46, of Hayes, died Aug. 11, 2011 at his summer home on Vaughans Creek.
Nick, CEO of Masters Enterprise, Inc., a Virginia-based builder, had been dedicated to building dream houses for his homeowners. His commitment to quality construction, accessibility to homeowners throughout the building process, as well as his honest and straight-forward style, had given him a solid reputation within the homebuilding community. Nick was a member of the Homebuilders Association.
He enjoyed fishing and crabbing, spending time with family and taking care of his two best canine companions, Shana and Heidi.
He is survived by wife, Brenda L. Masters; parents, Nicholas J. Sr. and Arlene R. Masters; sister, Cari Ann Masters, and a host of aunts, cousins and many friends.
Services will be private.
In Nick’s memory and his love of Schnauzers, contributions may be given to North Carolina Schnauzer Rescue, P.O. Box 1147, Holly Springs, N.C. 27540.
