Mary Davis Milby of Gloucester, born on Feb. 13, 1930, went to be with our Heavenly Father on July 2, 2011.

She was a wonderful mother and wife. She was preceded in death by her son, Donald Ray Milby, and grandson, Michael Ray Stanley.

She is survived by her adoring husband of 63 years, Carol Ray Milby; five daughters, Linda Stanley and her husband Jerry of King & Queen County, Brenda Hurley and her husband Louis of Middlesex County, Theresa Huber and her husband Ben of Williamsburg, Delores Barry and her son Adam of Deltaville, Tammy Haurand and her husband John of West Point; 13 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren.

She was the best wife and mother anyone could have. We will miss her greatly.

The family will receive friends at Andrews Funeral Home on Thursday, July 7, 2011, from 6:30-8 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Friday, July 8, 2011, at 2 p.m. by the Rev. Charles Anderson. Burial will be in Bellamy Memorial Cemetery.
