Margie H. Hudgins (MeMe), age 80, of Mathews, Va., passed away on Friday, Dec. 14, 2012, surrounded by her family.

She is survived by one daughter, Sharon (Charles); one son, Edison (Debbie); a brother, A.J. (Thelma); her lifelong companion, Billy; four grandchildren, Jason (Apryl), Pam (Jeff), Rindy, and Kindel (Clint); four great-grandchildren, Kristin, Caitlin and Madison Leigh (born Dec. 16, 2012) and Kristopher Jr.; niece, Darlene (Denville), great-niece, Lana (James) and great-great-niece, Makayla.

A memorial service in remembrance of MeMe was held on Wednesday, Dec. 19 at 7 p.m. at Foster-Faulkner Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Mathews. The family received friends following the service.
