Linda S. Schlemmer, 70, of the 500 block of Sparrow Rd., Chesapeake, Va., passed away on Jan. 9, 2013.
She was the daughter of the late James Matheny and Gladys Covey.
She leaves to cherish her memory a daughter, Katherine Deloatch and husband Terrance; sons, Michael L. Schlemmer and wife Ruby, Kevin D. Schlemmer; sister, Diana Matheny; grandchildren, Renae, Laura, Daniel, Jeanie, Amber, Terrance Jr., Chad, Michael Jr.; great-grandchildren, Jordan, Carson, Logan, and Kaden.
Linda was a member of the Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary Unit 58 in Gloucester, whereas her son Michael is a past Commander of the Chapter.
