Franklin Lafone Fletcher, 83, passed away on Thursday, April 7, 2011, in Gloucester, Va.
He was the widower of Bertha Mae Fletcher, and was retired from VDOT.
He is survived by his step-daughter, Patricia Hicks of Gloucester, and two nieces, Jean Goff and Johannan Derrick.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, April 9, 2011, at 2 p.m. in Windsor Gardens Cemetery.
Andrews Funeral Home, Gloucester, was in charge of arrangements.
