A funeral for Emma Dean "Deannie" McKendree, 86, of Gloucester Point, was held at 11 a.m. Monday in Bethany United Methodist Church, Gloucester Point. She died Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2012.
She was a member of the Bethany United Methodist Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Sharon McKendree Krall, and two grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Claud Stanley and Bell Moore; her husband, Jerry McKendree; a son, Roger McKendree, sisters, Ella Mae Allen and Mazy Stanley.
The service was conducted by the Rev. Linwood Daniel and burial followed in the church cemetery.
Hogg Funeral Home, Gloucester Point, was in charge.
