Edith Williams Hogge, 86, of Hayes, died Oct. 31, 2011 at her home.
She was the widow of Stephen Frank Hogge Jr. Edith enjoyed working in her garden, doing yard work, never missing a yard sale, and cooking. She mostly enjoyed helping and doing for others. She loved her family and they will miss her greatly.
She is survived by daughters, Sylvia Marcum and Joann Weimar; sons, Robert F. Hogge and Jimmy Lee Hogge; sister, Naomi Haywood; six grandchildren, and five great- grandchildren.
Graveside funeral service conducted by the Rev. Dr. Richard Croxton will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 3, 2011, in Rosewell Memorial Garden Cemetery. Friends are asked to assemble at the cemetery.
