Bernard Scott Greene, 38, of Upper Marlboro, Md., died Aug. 22, 2011.
Scott was a graduate of Gloucester High School, a 1996 graduate of Christopher Newport University, and had been associated with Ferguson Enterprises, Inc., for 15 years.
He was preceded in death by his father, Bernard Roy Greene.
He is survived by his wife, Chelsea B. Greene; daughter, Riley Greene; mother, Irene H. Greene; sister, Linda Brothers and husband David; niece, Maggie Brothers, and many other relatives and friends.
Services were held at Murphy Funeral Home of Arlington, Va., on Saturday, Aug. 27, 2011, with a visitation prior to the service.
A private Service of Remembrance will be held at Rosewell Memorial Garden at a later date.
In memory of Scott, contributions may be made to Achilles Friends Church, P.O. Box 28, Achilles, Va. 23001.
