A funeral for A.G. Harvey of Hot Springs, Ark., was held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 26, in Davis-Smith Funeral Home Chapel, Hot Springs. He died Wednesday, Aug. 22, 2012.
Mr. Harvey was a retired self-employed brick mason. He was a member of the Shelly Valley Mountain Men Muzzle Loading Club, a lifelong member of the National Rifle Association, and a member of the Sons of the Confederate Veterans.
Survivors include his wife of 62 years, Bobbie Jo Harvey; two sons, including Gary Harvey of Waterview, formerly of Gloucester County; a daughter; two brothers; two sisters; five grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
Burial was in Morning Star Cemetery.
