The Gloucester County Board of Zoning Appeals will hold public hearings on a special exception request and on an appeal during a meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 26, in the colonial courthouse.
Laurie B. Mason, representing owner White Marsh Properties LLC, has requested that conditions of approval for a special exception the BZA granted last April be modified to extend the occupancy date for an additional 12 months.
The original approval was for a roller skating rink to be operated at White Marsh Shopping Center within 12 months of the board’s decision.
Also, the board will consider an appeal by Roderick C. Barrack, Roderick C. and Carrie Barrack, property owners, to the interim zoning administrator’s denial pending submittal of more detailed and specific affidavits.
The original application requested administrative determination of legal nonconforming status for two manufactured homes on the property, which are located at 9491 and 9499 Glass Road. The property is in the York Magisterial District and is zoned Bayside Conservation (C-2).
Chairman James Wayne Horsley said all interested persons are invited to attend the meeting and speak during the hearings. Applications are on file for review in the Codes Compliance
Office, located in Gloucester County Office Building #3 at 6582 Main Street. For more information, call 693-4040.
