A public forum will be held from 4-8 o’clock tonight at Main Street Event Center about planning for the future of the Gloucester Court House area.

Formal presentations will be made at 5 and 7 p.m., said Jenny Crittenden, executive of the Main Street Preservation Trust, which is collaborating on the plan and public input process with the Gloucester County Planning Department.

"We all look forward to hearing the reactions of citizens to the ideas about the vision of the future for the Court House Village put forward in this draft plan," Crittenden said.

Interested residents and business owners can learn more about the planning effort for the Court House area based on a partnership between Gloucester County and Main Street Preservation Trust, planning director Anne Ducey-Ortiz said.

The interactive public meeting will be held in an open-house style, so that interested persons can drop in any time during the four-hour block to learn about some suggestions for the area. Formal presentations are planned at 5 and 7.
