The Gloucester County Chesapeake Bay Preservation and Erosion Commission will meet at 7 p.m. next Wednesday, May 11 in the colonial courthouse.

The commission, which is made up of members of the Gloucester Wetlands Board, usually meets following the board, but this month the board has no applications to be considered.

The commission will deliberate on three buffer modification applications Wednesday, said Linda Walthall, permit technician for the Environmental Division of the Gloucester Codes Compliance office.

Dockside Condo Owners Association has applied for a buffer modification to install a boat sewage pump-out for the association docks off Sunset Drive near Sarah Creek.

Sabrina Snavely seeks buffer modification to construct a pergola addition to her existing dwelling located at 3195 Pony Drive near the Severn River. The commission tabled that application at its April meeting to allow Snavely additional time to submit a formal detailed plan.

Also, the commission will consider the request of Angela and Dana Barrack for a buffer modification to replace a single-wide manufactured home with a double-wide manufactured home at 9923 Sugar Hill Lane near Mill Creek.

Interested persons are invited to attend the meeting, chairman Bronco Bayless said, and the applications can be reviewed at the Gloucester Codes Compliance office, located in Gloucester County Office Building #3 on Main Street.
