The Gloucester County Board of Zoning Appeals will hold two public hearings beginning at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the colonial courthouse.

Barbara Kay Van Dyke, property owner, has applied for a special exception to establish an indoor theater and auditorium in Gloucester Court House. The applicant also requests an imbedded variance of 38 parking spaces to the parking space requirement of 38 spaces.

The property is located at 6580 Main Street. Van Dyke requests operating hours of 5-10 p.m. Monday-Friday and 2-9 p.m. Saturday-Sunday.

In a separate application, David J. Hand for Roadview LLC, property owner, seeks a special exception for establishment of a recreation and amusement enterprise for a seasonal corn maze and related activities. The applicant also requests a variance of 400 feet to special exception criterion "C," which requires that all activities shall be conducted at least 500 feet from any residential district.
