Zombies from Seikukan Martial Arts put the fear in runners participating in Saturday’s Zombie Crawl at Beaverdam Park, sponsored by Park Partners of Gloucester. Runners had to dive into a mud pit then make their way through a wooded obstacle course that included a sand pit, tires, hurdles, and two eight-foot walls—all while trying to avoid being eaten by zombies. Among the dozen or so zombies were above, from left, Becky Thompson, Robert Kilpatrick, Josh Beadle, Jonathan Seavey and Bill Johnson.
