The Mathews Family YMCA raised more than $20,000 for its Annual Giving Campaign at Saturday night’s annual BBQ Bash at Kingston Plantation and Inn. Over 160 Y supporters attended the annual event, enjoying an evening of barbecue pork and chicken, bluegrass music from Ralph Motley and his “Last-Minute Grass” and bidding on silent and live auction items. Event proceeds provide financial assistance to youth and families who otherwise could not afford to take advantage of YMCA programs and services. Above, Motley performs with “last-minute” bandmates Roy Hair and Mikala Hite, from left. Below, guests enjoy the fixin's. Photos by Charlie Koenig
