Work on the intersection of Buckley Hall Road and Route 14 at Ward’s Corner in Mathews appears to be coming to an end this week. Road markings were completed and pieces of heavy equipment were busy filling in the retention ponds that were created to catch run-off during the project, which replaced the traffic island on Route 14 with a standard T-intersection.
