A colder than usual winter is finally giving way to spring, as evidenced by the blossoms beginning to color the grounds of Brent and Becky’s Bulbs in Gloucester. Crocuses and cherry trees are flowering, along with some potted narcissus. Although a few are blooming, many of the jonquils that annually dot the local countryside appear to be saving their color for the Daffodil Festival in late March. Photos by Kim Robins.
