The Mathews County Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors will hold a joint public hearing Tuesday to consider an application for a conditional use permit.
HARC, LLC, a construction firm of partners J. Ellis Hall and Harry Corr of Gloucester and Walter Alford of Mathews, is requesting a permit for 12 condominium units on property adjacent to the Town Center development on Main Street and Buckley Hall Road.
The units would consist of nine single-family dwellings and three professional offices.
The permit calls for amending setback and yard regulations of the zoning ordinance.
