Offices close for Thanksgiving holiday

All courts and county offices in Gloucester and Mathews will close at noon Wednesday and remain closed the rest of the week in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.
All DMV customer service centers will be closed Thursday through Saturday, reopening for regular hours on Monday.
Gloucester schools will be closed the entire week, while Mathews schools will close at 1 p.m. Wednesday and remain closed the rest of the week.
Gloucester libraries are closing at 2 p.m. Wednesday and will be closed Thursday and Friday, reopening for regular hours on Saturday. Mathews Memorial Library will close at noon Wednesday and remain closed until Monday.
Post offices, ABC stores, and waste facilities in Gloucester and Mathews will be closed Thursday only, but administrative offices for Waste Management will be closed Friday, as well.
The E-ZPass office will be closed all day Thursday, and may close for a half day on Friday.
