James Helbig of Susan, drove to Newport News recently to pick up some parts for his marine repair job. While he was driving back, he happened to spot Rip’s Food Store at 905 Denbigh Boulevard.

"Then I thought it was $100,000," he later told Lottery officials. "When I saw it was a million, I couldn’t believe it."
