Hodges wins GOP delegate primary

Hodges received a total of 3,643 votes to Bowditch’s 2,403. Following Bowditch was Jones with 1,459 total votes and Gibson with 1,395 votes.
Hodges said Wednesday morning he appreciates the support from all of the voters throughout the district, as well as each of the candidates and their time and effort that was put into the campaign. "I really enjoyed getting to know each and every one of them," Hodges said.
"We ran a clean and positive campaign," he added, "and at the end of the day, I believe the voters saw and appreciated that and made their choice based on that."
