The Virginia Department of Transportation will hold a design public hearing on the Route 614 road improvement project from 4-7 p.m. Tuesday at Page Middle School, White Marsh.

The proposed improvements are for the section of Route 614 (Hickory Fork Road), that starts 0.027 of a mile west of Route 633 (Cedar Bush Road) and extends to 0.149 of a mile west of its intersection with Route 17, a public notice said.

Property impact information, relocation assistance policies and tentative construction schedules will be available for review at the hearing, the notice said. Written comments on the matter may be mailed by July 30 to Michelle A. Shropshire, P.E., Location and Design Manager, Virginia Department of Transportation, 87 Deacon Road, Fredericksburg, Va. 22405, or send via e-mail to michelle.shropshire@VDOT.Virginia.gov.
