Participants are asked to comment on administration of Best Management Practices (BMPs), educational programs related to the Chesapeake Bay Act, and on the agency’s outreach measures, among others, she said.

The public can review TS&WCD’s current strategic plan online at www.tidewaterswcd.org/about_us.htm. Interested person may also request a copy of the plan be mailed by calling 693-3562, ext. 5 or e-mailing lcalhoun@tidewaterswcd.org.

In other district news, Calhoun said the TS&WCD board will hold its July meeting immediately following the strategic planning session. The board has changed its August meeting from Aug. 22 to Wednesday, Aug. 29.
