Circulation for November totaled 3,465 this November, compared to 2,094 in November 2010.
Children ages 1-18 are encouraged to bring gently-used books from Jan. 4-31 to the main library.
The project has been delayed at least several weeks while transportation officials scurry to get a permit they were supposed to have in hand before the project started this fall.
