Stephanie Ruff, owner of Morning Glory Gallery, said her Corgi Teaghan is like a grandchild to her and her husband, Jim. Teaghan goes to work with Stephanie in the morning and eagerly waits for Jim to pick her up in the afternoon.
Office Supply vice president Amber Rhodes said it helps relieve stress to take a break every once in a while and spend some time petting Mont Blanc, the resident office cat.
At Cattail’s, a Mathews gift shop, pooches are in abundant supply. Owner Owen Tyler takes his two Bichon Frisé pups, Emma and Olivia, to work daily, while employee Carol Joyce occasionally brings her little Gracie for a visit.
