MARYLAND BLUE CRAB MARMALADE SALAD

2/3 c. sour cream
1/3 c. orange marmalade
½ c. chopped green onions/scallions
4 to 6 slices crispy bacon to taste
1 Tbs. minced ginger (Gourmet Garden Ginger Blend or finely chopped fresh ginger)
1 lb. Maryland blue crabmeat
Lightly toasted sliced almonds or pine nuts if preferred
Mixed greens or Romaine lettuce as preferred…or on sandwich roll
Mix sour cream, ginger and marmalade until well blended. Stir in chopped onions or scallion and crumbled bacon. Fold Maryland crabmeat into mixture. Scoop on bed of lettuce or toasted roll as desired. Sprinkle with toasted almonds for crunch before serving.
