SANDY’S TERRIFIC SHRIMP

SANDY MCGEE

1 lb. shrimp, peeled, deveined

8 oz. frozen spinach, chopped

2 Tbs. minced garlic

1 stick butter

½ lb. Swiss cheese or mozzarella cheese

In butter, sauté garlic and frozen spinach 10 minutes or so. Add shrimp; cook until just pink. Top with cheese.
