Chicken Tortilla Soup

4 chicken breasts

1 tsp. olive oil

1 tsp. minced garlic

½ tsp. cumin

48 oz. chicken broth

1 onion

2 cans corn

1 can black beans

1 tsp. chili powder

2 Tbs. lemon juice

2 c. chunky salsa

Sauté chicken in oil for 5 minutes. Add onion, garlic, and cumin. Sauté for 5 minutes. Add broth, corn, beans, chili powder, lemon juice and salsa. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes. Garnish with tortilla chips and Cheddar cheese.
