Bring on the food!
There will be some good eating on Sunday around 6 p.m. in many homes as 100,000 (the capacity) spectators enter Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas, and approximately 93.2 million (last year’s count) get seated in front of their TVs. They will watch the Green Bay Packers and the Pittsburgh Steelers compete for the world’s football championship. It’s the 45th Super Bowl.
Staff members of the Gazette-Journal have been testing what they may serve for Super Bowl Sunday, and they even gathered together to give it all a sampling. Now they are sharing it with you, the readers.
Whether you choose to serve treats, a meal or whatever else before, during or following the game, using some or all of these recipes will provide a delectable spread.
