Black Men Cooking to feature 20+ chefs
The Black History Month program is sponsored by Gloucester’s Epsilon Eta chapter of the Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc. The Rev. Vincent Pryor and three junior cooks—Anthony Ellis, Bryce Osbourne and Daryl Butler—will be the featured chefs.
A black history drama will be presented by Tracey Turner and Melinda Potts of Hampton, and a selection of music will be performed by Deacon Franklin Jarvis, guitarist. Raffle and door prize drawings will be among the many activities.
The cost is $25 per person for adults; $10 for children. For more information, call Valerie Ellis at 757-945-3864 or Sharon Washington at 642-2012.
