The Gloucester Democratic Committee will meet at 7 p.m. Monday at the Abingdon Volunteer Fire Station 5, 3239 Providence Road, Hayes. The Rev. Fred Carter, pastor of Shepherdsville Baptist Church at Ark, will speak on Black History Month in Gloucester County.
