Buying It Used relocated to 17 Plaza at Ordinary in September.

Owner Kristine James started the business in January at Balloon Port on Hickory Fork Road, but sought greater visibility from a major highway. She said there’s a lot more walk-in traffic at the new site.

As its name indicates, Buying It Used sells an assortment of used products. Many of the items are purchased at auctions, James said, such as office equipment and supplies. In addition, a recent visit to the shop found old records, handbags, lamps and a variety of other items, while much of the space was taken up with chairs, desks, office furniture, and electronics like television sets and an overhead projector.
