Though passers-by see yellow cones and construction going on in front of Auto Max of Gloucester in Ordinary, the business is still open and the entrance is accessible to customers.

Work started about three weeks ago to put a wider entrance into the business, which will make ingress and egress easier for customers. "It should help to eliminate some confusion," said sales associate Jeff Niblett.

Once completed, motorists will be able to make a right turn out of the business and will be able to make a left turn in yielding to a green light. There will also be a deceleration lane that will be constructed in the spring to allow southbound motorists to make an easier right-hand turn into the business.

"It will make for more of a clear shot in here," Niblett said.
