With more federal budget reductions on the horizon, the Bay Aging Board of Directors discussed how some of the cuts the non-profit organization is currently dealing with are affecting the services it provides to the community, according to Kathy Vesley-Massey, the agency’s president and chief executive officer.

Vesley-Massey said the board, meeting Dec. 1 at Port Town Village Apartments in Urbanna, talked about how federal funds have already been lost for indoor plumbing projects the agency offers.
