New stylist joins Time for a Change

Time for a Change, a hair salon on Route 17, Hayes, has added a new stylist.
Chelsea Hamilton-Bains has joined owner Krystal Blymyer in her shop. Hamilton-Bains is a former Gloucester resident who has returned to the county after completing a hair care apprenticeship and then working for five years in a Richmond salon.
Hamilton-Bains specializes in color services. In addition, she offers haircuts and styling, perms, bridal hair and facial waxing. Services are offered for men, women and children.
