Cathy Miller now offers full hair care services as an independent contractor at Hairworks, a salon located on Main Street, Gloucester.
Miller offers full hair care for men, women and children. "I do everything," she said, including custom color, highlights, perms, other hair services and facial waxing. She has 18 years’ experience as a cosmetologist, having worked a total of 14 years at two York County shops and for four years at Best Cuts in Gloucester. She began working at Hairworks in late June.
She attended the cosmetology program at New Horizons in Hampton. Originally from Newport News, she is a graduate of Denbigh High School.
