Highway Shell opens at Ark

Highway Shell opened in mid-March on Route 17, Ark.
The self-service station sells regular gasoline, as well as kerosene, diesel and propane. A convenience store stocks many types of groceries, snacks and hot food.
Sales associate Mischelle Beale said the business plans to add more hot food soon, including wings and pizza, and will have daily specials. Also, Beale said a portion of the building that once housed an auto repair business will soon reopen to offer automotive repairs; another service station had occupied the site for many years.
Kumar Vishnaject of White Stone is president of the company. He also owns service station/convenience stores at Kilmarnock and White Stone.
