Healthy Solutions expands services, products

Healthy Solutions, located at Hayes Store Shopping Center, has expanded its services and products, owner Toril Eller said.

The shop, which opened in October 2009, sells an assortment of natural and organic foods, health care products, smoothies and more. Eller, who resides at Hayes, has recently expanded her inventory, with new items such as Kambucha, a fermented tea; kelp, or kombu, which she said is an increasingly popular item in cooking; an assortment of weight loss products, and Nature’s Plus supplements, among others.

Eller said that Nicole Olivarez Gallaher, a certified massage therapist, has joined the staff. Gallaher works there part-time, offering various massage modalities including Swedish, hot stone, deep tissue, reflexology and acupressure. Also, she offers aromatherapy.

Gallaher offers 10-minute lunchtime chair massages both in the store and at a client’s location. She also gives massages of various lengths up to 90 minutes with the most popular being a 60-minute, full-body massage.
