Grand opening Saturday for Performance Automotive

Performance Automotive, located on Route 17, Hayes, will hold a grand opening celebration from 9 a.m.-noon Saturday.
Owner Linwood Harris of Gloucester, said the grand opening will include hot dogs and drinks, drawings for prizes, auto parts representatives telling about their products, and an appearance by several race and street cars. The shop opened for business on March 24.
Harris said his is a full-service auto repair shop. Chief mechanic Samuel Farley of Gloucester said they repair all types of domestic and foreign cars, light trucks, sport utility vehicles and motorcycles.
