Gloucester gains 11 housing units in September
Gloucester County gained 11 housing units during September, planning director Anne Ducey-Ortiz said.
In a report prepared for the Gloucester County Planning Commission meeting Nov. 4, Ducey-Ortiz said that the total housing unit gain in September included 11 single-family units and one manufactured home (which was a replacement).
Single-family housing values totaled $1,762,500 in September, with median value of $173,000. Meanwhile, the report showed the value of the manufactured home at $65,000.
The biggest total housing unit gain during the 12-month period from October 2009-September 2010 was recorded this July (18), followed by 11-unit gain in the months of last October and this January, May and September.
