Dehoux joins Riverside Gynecology & Obstetrics

Janet Dehoux, a longtime Nurse Practitioner in the community, recently joined Riverside Gynecology & Obstetrics of Gloucester.
Dehoux said she is excited to be returning to her roots at Riverside after working for Gloucester Women’s Clinic the past 15 years. She started as a nurse with Riverside Walter Reed Hospital when Bill Downey, current President and Chief Executive Officer of Riverside Health System, was the administrator at Walter Reed.
"He was the one who encouraged me to go to grad school so I could pursue what I am doing today," Dehoux said. "It feels like I am coming home doing this … it’s a good thing."
Dehoux said the goal of her office is to provide complete women’s healthcare from adolescence through menopause. "We hope now, women will only have to go across the river for delivery," she said.
