Construction firm has new office with more space

Elite Construction recently relocated from Hayes to an office about one mile north on Route 17, Ordinary.
Owner Brad Perkins has much more space in his new office, where he plans to add a kitchen showroom, a cabinet showroom, and a room where he can meet with clients to design—using a computer program that provides three-dimensional views—room additions, homes or commercial buildings.
Perkins said most of his clients are from the Middle Peninsula and Peninsula, and that he has done some jobs in the Washington, D.C. area and on the Outer Banks of North Carolina.
Perkins said he is certified by the Environmental Protection Agency in lead removal and by GAF, a large shingle line.
Besides additions and buildings, Elite’s other services are roofing, siding, custom cabinets and seamless gutters.
